Cutting precision

TR 320 universal tool sharpening machine have break the traditional design, three axis with precision screw propulsion, precision grinding. It can grinding standard ball head, a knife cutting knife, center, taper drill umbrella tooth knife, T knife, drill, and lathe tools, reamer, face-sides cutters and cutting tools. Through the rotating plate and the board can grinding ball head 20-R1, ball head 20-R2 and so on.

Sharpening  life of the machine

TR 320 universal tool sharpening machine adopt tough FC30 casting to pedal and pillar, the key part is through quenching vacuum, with domestic famous brand machine tool accessories, each place can significantly reduce wear and keep mechanical precision. Grinding head and motor rotor head with the imported bearing, greatly guarantee and extended the service life of working head and motor, and to ensure the precision of work head and reduce the output power consumption of  motor. Rotating board installed the flat bearing and sealing ring, can guarantee the grinding dust not easy into the rotor position, improve the service life of the machine.

Grinding wheel loss

If customers use ordinary alloy wheel, the loss will half than domestic ordinary sharpening machine , if use high quality alloy wheel, the loss will be less three quarters.
